A hammock for relaxing, nestled between the trees, and a partially fenced area to keep your furry family members within sight. This home has been known to have epic Lip Sync battles for several years, much to the delight of the neighborhood and definitely makes the hills come alive! With the unrestricted acreage, you could even build a main residence and use the tiny home as a guest home. The power company has an easement through the property, so if âoff-gridâ is not your style, electrical access can be easily obtained.
